Is the Recruiting Board free?
The Recruiting Board itself is part of the Pro plan ($19/mo or $139/year). Your profile is always free. Pro adds the coach directory, AI emails, click tracking, pipeline, notes, and tasks — everything in LaxLab Connect™.
Do schools get added automatically?
Yes — when you send an email to a coach through LaxLab, the school is automatically added to your Recruiting Board and marked as "Emailed." You can also add schools manually from the Coach Directory or College/Prep School tabs.
Can I track coaches I emailed outside of LaxLab?
Absolutely. Add any school to your board and set its stage manually. You can log notes, create tasks, and track the relationship even if the initial email didn't go through LaxLab. The pipeline is yours to manage however you want.
How many schools can I track?
There's no limit. Track 5 schools or 50 — the board scales with you.
Can my parents see my recruiting board?
Right now, the dashboard is tied to your Google account. We're considering a parent view in a future update. In the meantime, you can share your screen or walk them through your board together.
